This work was originally published by the State of Alaska, Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forest, Land and Water Management in 1980. At that time Daniel H. Wieczorek was working as an Inventory Forester for the Northcentral District Office of the Division of Forest, Land and Water Management of the Alaska State Department of Natural Resources. This title explains how and why the Allowable Annual Cut for the Fairbanks (Alaska) Working Circle was calculated during the winter of 1979 - 1980. All calculations are included. There are many Tables of numbers and several Figures. It must be understood that this is a research document, this book is not something which the general public will want to read for pleasure. This edition has been published primarily for university professors for use as a practical application laboratory text for potential forest managers.
